One of plex short comings is photo’s
But with services like Adobe revel or picture life or even plain old google+ and onedrive being used by thousands to keep their photos
Any way we can integrate them into plex via plugins ? Making the photos available through all plex apps ?

Sorry for the late response.
You could always do what I'm doing.
I have a large Onedrive photo collection. I run the onedrive client on my Plex Media Server (running Windows 8) so that all my photos are downloaded locally. I then set this folder as a source folder for a Photo album in Plex.
So every time I add a new photo to my Onedrive collection this photo is downloaded to my server and PMS picks it up straight away. I can then see my new photos (and existing albums) in Plex Home Theatre, Android app, iOS app etc. It works very well.
