Pinning a category

Is there way to create shortcuts and pin them to the menu? For example, my media is stored in two directories MOVIES and TV SHOWS. I use tags and categories for all of my media. Can I create menu for ANIMATION that points to filtered results with the ANIMATION tag. I know I could just create an ANIMATION directory and move media files to it but I’d prefer to keep media where it is and use categories.
