Glad to hear that the certification process is in action. The current state of the app makes it almost unusable. I had it crash and shutdown my XBO 5 times yesterday and I said the hell with it and used the app on my LG TV. It worked 10 times better and brings up the next episode in TV shows when you finish one.
Weird. When I have had issues its been the server or my network having issues. I have found that the Xbox one app is pretty stable, so long as your Xbox is not in power saving mode.
If you have media and details that can reliably crash the XBO, we'd be very very happy to receive it and try and make our devkits perish as well. I'd love to get that one resolved.
The next version of the application has play queue support and will therefore have continuous video support for multiple episodes.

I'm still hoping to get some sample media for the system crash bug. If anyone can reliably reproduce it with a specific file, we'd love to get it on our devkits and get it under the microscope!

I have tried to reproduce the bug. But it doesn't always do it with the same file or file type. I have noticed that if this occurs and I try to resume playback on the movie I was just watching it will crash in about three minutes every time. But as far as getting it do crash the first time seems so random. Not specific to any one file type that I can tell.
