Playback error the transcoder Process crashed

Hey everybody

Could use some help just started getting the following error non stop
Conversion Failed, The Transcoder Process crashed
Have tried doing some research but none of the methods online seems to work.
and the issue only seems to happen with some TV shows or Movies.

My windows event logs get this error with it.

Getting the same error. I can reproduce with the same tv show file when about 3-4 minutes left of it.
