I am getting a “playback error - please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted”. What am I doing wrong?

where do I find the answer to this? I would like to be able to watch my movies in their entirety.
I’m getting simlar error message on random movie’s, others will play fine. It seems to only happen on roku devices, if i check the same movie from my iphone or web player the movie plays fine. just started this week.
