No matter what I try and play from either my TV in the lounge (samsung plex app) or from the PMS through a web-browser I get an error. I dont recieve any other information about the error just that I need to visit the forums
Anyone can enlighten me on this issue and how I can fix it?

I updated my windows server this morning and had the same error (Also using local IP address like your screenshot). Instead I navigated to app.plex.tv, realized it was asking for sign-in again there (even though it didn’t ask locally). The issue was resolved after completing sign-in.
