Playback not fluid for the first 10 seconds

Server Version#: 1.25.3.5385
Player Version#: 7.26 (AppleTV)

As object: when I play any movies, (from the start or resuming from pause) for the first 10 seconds it’s play not fluid, ( jerkily) video and audio, then play ok.. anyone else has my same problem? Thanks

  1. What’s the CPU where the server is running ?
  2. May I see the DEBUG log files where you
    – Start Playback
    – Let it play for 20 seconds
    – Stop Playback
    – Download the logs ZIP file

I think was a problem related to a specified Series.
