I listen to all my podcast at two times speed, it appears I can only move the speed indicator up to 1.5, when I try to go to two it just goes back to 1.5. I understand this is in beta right now in but I thought I should report it.

I can’t reproduce. Can I ask which phone you have and which version of Android?

Along these same lines, I like to listen at faster than 1x but slower then 1.5x speed. Any chance of adding additional subdivisions for the playback speed?

Mine is already capable of that. Have you tried not moving the slider all the way to the marked values?
I have, keeps dropping back, to 1.5 speed.
Mine can use stops between 1 and 1.5, but it won’t remember my settings, so next time I have to set the speed yet again.
The only feature I’m waiting on to jump on the Plex podcast wagon is pitch correction at higher speeds, like the Overcast app for iPhone. I actually hear all my podcast at 1.5 speed, that is my default at Overcast.
