[implemented] Playback Speed

I use plex for checking my surveillance webcam. For quick scanning an option for different playback speeds (x2, x4, x16) would be awesome.    Other purposes would be: education videos, audiobooks, interviews (for transcription).   What do you think? Mod-Edit / Summary Currently supported for music libraries

OK, thank you. Let me see his theme is webcam, 2X, 4X, 8X. This demand is the same as that of the dramas and movies I want to play at double speed.
