Playlists not displaying

I often use the plex web app to steam music from my playlists remotely. It appears that playlists are no longer displaying in the web app. I can still access the music by playing through the homepage of the web app however I cannot view any playlists under the playlist menu. I have also noticed that when I the proceed home from the playlist menu I can still see the playlist filter bar on the right.

Web Version 2.7.3
Server Version Version 1.0.0.2261

I have tested this on different browsers and experience the same result.

I should also note that my playlists are working find on other applications (eg. Andriod app)

Any ideas?

I don’t see that issue over here - but the view hanging around after you navigate suggests Something Bad Occurred.

Please can you check the dev console for incriminating errors? Let me know if you need steps/help on how to do that. Thanks, and apologies for the regression.

i have the same issue any ideas on how to fix it?

Please check your developer console in Chrome (if that’s what you’re using) and paste any error messages in here - I can’t (yet) reproduce the issue on our side. Thanks!

There is definitely something failing, this is what I get from when I selects playlists

This is failing for me for movie playlists as well. Playlists page may come up, but is empty. Total # of playlists is displayed when the “All” filter when the page is first accessed, but selecting any other filter value results in a total # of 0, nothing is displayed, and subsequently switching back to the “All” filter then results in a total of 0 and nothing shown. Appears really broken in this latest release…

Seeing the same JS error as the above poster (I think). In the console in IE, I see the same “Object does not support property or method ‘find’” exception:

I just upgraded to 1.14.0.5465-425e4ac90 and I still cannot view the two Playlists that I just created. I did notice that the majority of the posts here are from 2 years ago so… I apologize for the bump (not really)…buuuuuuut…I cannot view the Playlists…sooooooo…What do I need to post to help resolve the issue?
