It’s often the case that we end up with the 10 seasons of a show except an odd random episode here or there. plex already grabs the episode data, it’d be nice to see if there was an icon or something to show that there are new episodes out that we’re missing. that way when we go through the library it’s easy to see which episodes we need to, ahem, find as they’re out of date.
This should be in the Feature Request area, but there’s already a request for this.
To be honest, I find this request very interesting. I not saying this should not exist but some people would not want to use it. What they have on their server is what they want. No more, no less.
Personally I miss this from Emby.
It’s surprising how the odd episode of a Show with 24 episodes per season and 10 seasons can just occasionally vanish for no apparent reason at all.
Though I don’t actively use Sonarr locally for its main purpose I actually have it installed and monitoring my local Shows and occasionally check to see if anything is missing. For me it was a necessity after I came back from Emby and lost the feature, but then I’m a little OCD.

Emby makes it optional. Really well done. I’m someone who would find this very useful.
