Server Version#: 1.30.1.6497 Player Version#: 9.13.1.37459 PMS now supports the AV1 video codec standard since version 1.30.1.6497. Please add also support to detect AV1 hardware decoding on Plex Client, if available. As it stands now everything is only getting transcoded.

Sorry for the delay. I’ve confirmed that AV1 is not supported with direct streaming. It just doesn’t work with the player right now so it’s disabled. If this changes in the future, we can enable it.
