how is your client setup?
CCwAndroidTV? > hdmi > projector ?
what does other streaming providers do, ie netflix etc do you get the HDR logo when playing?
the CCwATV has limited audio support, so likely the main reasons are:
- incompatible audio stream, don’t use truehd/atmos or dts, use ac3/eac3
- incompatible subtitles, not sure which subs that ccwatv supports
its impossible to help any further without more info, maybe some screenshots of the plex dashboard, and of course logs.
