Depuis que j’ai changé de NAS (ancien 1813+ et nouveau 1821+) impossible de lire les film en direct streaming via internet. J’ai systématiquement le message d’erreur “impossible de lire ce média”, sur des films en SD ca fonctionne correctement.
Je fais un test très simple. Sur mon téléphone en 4G je lance la vidéo, j’ai le message d’erreur. Je ferme Plex, je met le Wifi et lance Plex. Je remet le même film, ca fonctionne en directe streaming.
J’ai une connexion internet largement suffisant (1Gb down et 600 Meg UP)
Quand je regarde les log, j’ai systématiquement ses messages :

Since I changed NAS (old 1813+ and new 1821+) it is impossible to play live streaming movies via the internet. I systematically have the error message “impossible to read this media”, on SD films it works correctly.
I am doing a very simple test. On my phone in 4G I launch the video, I have the error message. I close Plex, I put the Wifi and launch Plex. I put the same film back, it works in direct streaming.
I have a largely sufficient internet connection (1Gb down and 600 Meg UP)
When I look at the logs, I always get these messages:
