When I registered for the beta I was not PLEX PASS but now I am.
How can I access Plex Cloud?
If I return to try to register the beta says that had me previously registered.
After you fill out the Beta forum you then have to wait to be selected into the Beta.
You will receive an email if you are selected to participate in the Beta Program

I just signed up for and purchased a Lifetime Plex Pass; and installed the Plex Server software when I saw info regarding the Plex Cloud beta.
I am not sure I understand the phrase above “…fill out the Beta forum…”
How do I get my name entered onto the list of those wanting a Plex Cloud invitation?
I found the signup site and completed it successfully.

There’s no telling if or when. Signing up for the beta does not guarantee that you will be invited.
