Hello there,

Is there a roadmap to improve peformance between the database and Plex?
I installed Plex on Docker, and sometimes, I have the followinf error:
Sqlite3: Sleeping for 200ms to retry busy DB.

I know, it is because sometimes, disks are busy with other pods and response is not enough good for Plex. but it freezes Plex until disk are no more busy

3 options are possible:

  • Connect to an external database
  • Write lot of less to database
  • Cache data before writing to database

Also curious about this. When scanning multiple files in, the server will become inaccessible which is a huge pain in the butt.
