Plex Disappearing? Randomly Not Responding

I have only recently been experiencing this issue. I’m not certain honestly where to look.

Basically what happened at first was my instance of PMS would randomly disappear from my shared family’s view. When I go to my side of things and looked at my “Friends” list, they (friends) would be gone. I would go to re-add manually the usernames/emails and suddenly it would re-appear. I figured I’d just delete the docker and start it over, no big deal. So I deleted the docker and recreated. Current situation is it is randomly “Not responding” even when everything else on my unraid system works fine. If I go to Plex.tv/web it won’t be shown under my account as being my server even though I signed into it using my credentials to claim it. I’ve tried other unraid dockers from Community Apps such as the Plex Official image thats tagged and used the claim code and it doesn’t seem to make any difference from the Binhex version.

I also have the binhex-plexpass version on another physical unraid system that is running just fine and continually shows under my account. Any thoughts? I’ve also had the wonderful idea of literally starting this physical server from scratch but haven’t proceeded that far and was saving that as a last-ditch effort.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m actually in the US so I’m unsure if that would apply to me as well as that seems to be resolved before my issue reared its ugly head?

After a bit more digging on this today, it seems like my primary (the one thats having the issue) will only show if I remove and then claim it again. This in turn makes my secondary one unavailable from Plex.tv/web and vice versa, if I re-claim the secondary, it boots the primary. I can access both via their own bundled WebUI regardless but only the most recently claimed will appear on Plex.tv/web interface.

Addition: Definitely appears that I’m only able to maintain one single “Server” under my authorized devices. It seems like it will switch back and forth on which one. However when I view from my phone, I can see multiple from where I was trying to resurrect my Plex server but unable to “forget” them from my account as a result of whatever this bug seems to be.

Is there a way to get an employee to reset my account on the Plex side of things? Maybe I’ve had too much changes or things in my account and caused corruption?
