Plex Docker stop auto restart

I’m trying to collect a crash report but Plex keeps restarting even with restart: "no" enabled. Any ideas on how to stop plex from restarting after a crash?

It seems as if the container itself isn’t crashing, but the pms service within the container. In which case, I guess the question is, how does one go about collecting crash reports from Plex Docker?

For anyone who comes across this, I ended up writing a bash script to monitor the directory for the file and once it exists, copy it to a new location.
