I am here on behalf of NVIDIA Shield TV users, and we have the feeling that in the new organization, this device has been completely neglected. Please see the attached thread (Shield tv don't hw transcode - #206 by user23) for reference. Given the lack of response from the Plex teams, can we consider that the Shield is no longer supported by Plex? Is this something to expect in the coming year? Additionally, could you please let us know if there is anything related to NVIDIA Shield TV in Plex’s roadmap?
