Plex for Ps3 Problem

Hello , 

 

Plex doesn't appear in the video area like u explain in the help on installing , in the portugal region like its supposed to since its supported , once i switch my Playstation account to a new one i created just to test , and i set the region to  united kingdom , plex appears were its supposed to , but this is a dummy empty account i would like to have it working in portugal region , can u please check this out

I'm having the same problem for my Swedish PSN account. Sweden is also supposed to be supported but I can't see Plex under My Channels as explained here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/204075796-I-don-t-see-the-PlayStation-3-app-in-the-store-where-is-it-.

I'm ready to sign up for a Plex Pass for this functionality but I just want to make sure it will work first. I assume the app should appear regardless of whether I have the pass or not, right?

I made a fake UK account, and I see the app under TV/Video -> My Channels. I can even install it, but I get an error code when I try and run it. However, that’s probably because I’m on Rogero cfw 4.55, witch is an older fw

Ok, so to clarify, I'm using the latest, unmodified, PS3 firmware.

Now it showed up. Took a little time to roll out apparently. But now PSN is down again... Not Plex fault, of course.
