I am asking is there a way to record the Free Channels that come with Plex Live TV - not via a tuner, for OTA, but just for the channels that Plex offers. I cannot use an OTA because we are in a valley with no reception.

Can I pause or rewind/fast forward live channels?

Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to offer pausing, rewinding, or fast forwarding of Live TV channels.

Can I schedule DVR recordings?

Sorry, no. Again, due to licensing restrictions, our free live TV channels cannot be used with our DVR feature.

Thank you for the response. I guess it would not matter if I paid the $4.99 the same as the OTA?

You can record ANYTHING OTA, just need an antenna & a HDHOMERUN tuner on your local LAN.

I may not have made myself clear. I have both of those items, but they will not work anymore because of our elevation. We are too low to receive any channels from the HD antenna. My question, was regarding the channels that Plex provides and being able to record those. IE. The Carol Burnett Show channel. I can watch it live, but would love to be able to record those and watch later. I see Plex now offers a $4.99 a month subscription and I wondered did that cover their own provided channels as well. I hope that is more clear than my previous post.

No. The $4.99/mo is for a Plex Pass, which you already have.
