So the ISP router LAN network is 192.168.x.x? And your pi-hole and the laptop we were testing on yesterday are on that network? And pfSense’s WAN interface has an address from this network as well? Is that correct?
This is what bothers me the most.
Why the heck is PfSense in a DMZ?
Is this the architecture?
ISP modem (in MODEM / Passthrough node)

PfSense (LAN Master @ 10.84.0.0)

All other computer / devices (10.84.x.x)
PfSense provides (?) :
- LAN DHCP assignments / reservations
- LAN default gateway for all devices
- VPN services for LAN clients

no modem or passthrough mode on isp
Which make & model do you have ?
I looked at all the Virgin cable modems.
Are these assertions from my last post correct? If not, please point out the inaccuracies. Thanks!
Basically just wanting to confirm the network topology looks something like this before making some comments (and suggestions maybe).
Internet -> ISP router \ ------ (192.168.x.x) Client devices

------ (192.168.x.x) pfSense ------ (10.84.x.x) Plex Servers, other stuff?
