If you use Sonarr for adding TV episodes to your torrent or nzb downloader, you don’t even need FileBot most of the time.
Open Sonarr’s Web page on your machine, then Settings > Media Management > Rename Episodes to on, and use this format for the media titles: {Series Title} - S{season:00}E{episode:00} - {Episode Title} [{Quality Title}] (This goes into the Standard Episode Format line.)
What you get with that is something like this:
12 O’Clock High - S01E01 - Golden Boy Had Nine Black Sheep [SDTV].mp4
Andromeda - S05E17 - Totaled Recall.mp4 (Wasn’t renamed with Sonarr, but with Filebot instead.)
Vikings - S04E10 - The Last Ship [HDTV-720p].mp4
The one thing I don’t like about Sonarr is if you have a high resolution set as a stopping point, it will delete the lower resolution (or move it to a folder you can designate.) as it renames and moves in the higher resolution file. I asked about this on their forums, and was told it’s possible, but not likely to happen soon.
