I am running Linux Mint 19.1 along with Windows 10 (dual boot). I have installed Plex on the Linux distro but it is unable to find my videos that are on my C: drive. I can click on “Computer” on the Linux screen and see all my files as well as play them.
What can I do to correct this?

could be permissions.
make sure the plex user has read and ideally write permissions to the media folders.
