I have 2 Vizo TVs, one is older and one that is a year old and both have always worked great with Plex and running my personal media. Started 2 days ago plex runnings really slow on the new of the 2 Vizo and works just fine on the old on. I have tried “resetting” the app, logging out and logging back in, and did a factory reset on the tv. When you play a movie or a show it’s fine but when searching are exploring around the app, the system is running really slow, lags, and freezes.
What can I do to fix the issue or at least figure out what is causing the issue?
I don’t seem to have issues running any other apps on the tv and don’t seem to have using plex on any other tv, or a computer, phone, or Xbox.
