hello i generally don’t have problems with plex but this one i just can’t seem to figure out.
the new update of plex media player cam out i am running it on a windows 10 box the same as my server the new media update 2.29.1.961 allows me to login and see my home page but when i click on any content it just refresh the page doesn’t allow me to get to my dashboard just gives a no soup for you error whats wierd about it is i can access the server and content from a number of different devices including my Roku and laptop when this error occurs. also, I’m sure its something in the new release breaking it because when i uninstalled it and reverted back to 2.13.0.877 everything worked fine other than it asking me to update i have uninstalled and reinstalled the ne player a couple of times now my media server is up to date as well
Hi @rwally! Could you try signing out and back in on the latest version of PMP? If that fails, can you provide logs from both the server and player from when you see the error? Also, did you update to 2.29.1.961 from 2.13.0.877, or were you running a more recent version?
Yeah i can give that a try when i get home from work
