Plex Media Scanner Command Line Broken?

Server Version#: Latest Plexpass

I tried to run the --list command as shown here to view the library section ID’s in order to run some Plex Media Scanner CLI commands and it crashed my server. Is this command no longer valid?

Error in command line:the argument for option '--serverUuid' should follow immediately after the equal sign

  --platform arg        Platform string
  --platformVersion arg Platform version string
  --vendor arg          Vendor string
  --device arg          Device string

  --sentryUrl arg       Sentry URL to upload to
  --sentryKey arg       Sentry Key for the project
  --version arg         Version of the product
  --allowRetries arg    Whether we will allow retries

getting CLI errors as well on linux

  1. It must run as the same user PMS runs as (user: plex:plex)
  2. You must also set the Environment variables, specifically PLEX_MEDIA_SERVER_APPLICATION_SUPPORT_DIR

Both conditions must be satisfied prior to invocation.
