Since then, I think I have removed the Library and started over numerous times. Now 2-3 times in 2 weeks. I am out of ideas, what can be the root cause of this?
Behaviour is always that all of the sudden, I cannot connect to my plex anymore and the service seems stopped or hanging or whatever. I cannot restart the service, but after rebooting it works for a brief moment until I try browsing a library or something.

  1. Stop PMS
  2. cd /var/lib/plexmediaserver
  3. sudo mv Library Library.old
  4. Start PMS
  5. Open PMS via the loopback (http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) URL

These are the steps I performed everytime
