HDR to SDR Tone Mapping Is the video transcoding? Monitor via Plex Dashboard → Now Playing + Expanded View. Your system will struggle to transcode and tone map 4K HDR media. On Windows based systems, Intel graphics are not supported for hardware accelerated tone mapping (and no support for tone mapping with AMD graphics on any operating system). If you want to transcode and tone map 4K HDR media on that system, it must use a Nvidia GPU (1050 Ti or better) or run Linux.
