Plex media server goes to 503 server unavailable randomly

I don’t know what is going on by randomly, my Plex server when going to the web interface will go to a “503” error. It seems devices that interact it with through app, such as Samsung, or Roku etc still work.

But going to the web interface it goes to 503. There is no rhyme or reason for this. What specific part of the log should I pull? This is really annoying, because even running PlexPy, it doesn’t detect the server is down, because it technically is still up.
