Plex Media Server ISP

Server Version#:1.18.6.2368.97add474d
Player Version#:4.20.2

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible for my isp to see that I am streaming movies from my plex media server to my tv or the plex website. I got the movies from some of my old vhs tapes I had lying around. I copied them to my computer incase the vhs tapes fail. Can my ISP see what movies I am streaming even though secure connections are set as preffered? Also what is more secure, setting the secure connections to required or to preffered? As i understand required says “some unencrypted connections (originating from the Media Server computer) will still be allowed and apps that don’t support secure connections will not be able to connect at all”. Does that mean preferred encrypts all data sent from the plex server?
Thanks

Your ISP doesn’t care. The connection is secure so long as you don’t disable it.

Preferred is preferable over Required or Disabled so that when/if the internet/Plex goes out you’ll fallback to local streaming without interruption (set the apps to fall back on local only).
