After every Plex Media Server updates, the setup files used stays on disk.
Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
OS : Windows 10 Pro x64
Path : C:\Users<you_username>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Updates\
Setup files are ~100MB so it can takes some space over time.
Do you mind adding some cleaning in there?

Under Windows and Linux there is a delete function that can handle that for you.
I have also noticed that the number of old file sets seems limited to some number less than 10.
I have never noticed it interfering with anything and it is nice to have old insulation files if needed.
This is something that should not be automated at all and should not be inside Plex as there are too many ways deletions can screw up things if not under direct control of the user.
