Would like to request some support regarding my server crashing on a daily basis. I have the logs pulled directly after restarting the server, however due to personal emails being kept in the logs I’m not very comfortable attaching them in this public forum. Is there a Plex Pass support email available for Plex employees to view my logs?
Please provide the link to this thread (for my reference) and the ZIP of the log files in a PM to me.
When I have finished going through them and both you and I Leave Conversation the logs will be permanently deleted.
