those are completely different operating systems. one of the reasons why the M1 has been challenging is because it was a new architecture target and the media server has many, many dozens of dependencies which have to built for it. some assume macOS is Intel, for example, some have custom build systems, and such. that having been said, we have been working on it and are very close to being done.
