Hi,
I use plex for a long time in my house and never had any problem. This week, we bought a new TV at my girlfriend’s house and decided to install the plex to stream movies from my laptop (predator helios 300). When i open Plex Media Server my internet starts to drops frequently, losing all the connection (wired and wireless), even when im not streaming anything. If i shutdown plex server, everything turns normal again and the internet stops to drop. I tested the steam link on tv and had no problems with the internet. I also did streaming via network from my laptop to tv without problem. So I think it’s something to do with Plex. The internet connection here is 50 mega for download and 5 mega for upload. What could you try to solve the problem? Sorry for bad English.
