Plex not honoring X-Forwarded-For

I have seen topics in these forums with the same issue, but usually it involves IPv6. In this case, I have IPv6 disabled entirely (and the host I am running on isn’t even setup with IPv6). I am seeing my reverse proxy IP (172.20.0.0/16 address), even though my logs are showing the correct X-Forwarded-For being detected.
