There is not a great deal you can do about the size of it, and it shouldn’t really be causing you issues. You can find it here → ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Cache/PhotoTranscoder

Watch out for iCloud Drive too. It can eat up space quickly unless you have the right settings.
Make sure “Optimize Mac Storage” is unchecked. Then you might have to remove downloads to get the space back on the drive.
