I just started using PLEX on my PS4. I usually use a Raspberry PI with Kodi, but would like to use PLEX on my PS4 so i could ditch the RPI. When i start a file from KODI my tv switches to 24p mode. With PLEX on the PS4 i just keeps to the 60Hz. I did search the forum and found some threads about it but not really a defintive answer. I did find one on the XBOX where it stated that 24p playback is limited to the bluray player. Is this the same for PS4? How, in that case, does anybody use plex on a PS4? Do you just watch your files in 60Hz playback or is there a workaround?

I read somewhere that it is down to the app (plex) to support this and has nothing to do with the ps4 software.
“if” that is correct, should this thread be moved to feature requests ?
Unless @Kilsven and I are being stupid of course and the ps4 / ps3 plex app already supports 24p playback ?

I would also like to see this as a feature, any word on is this is going to be added or not.
24hz playback is the only thing really keeping me to xbmc.
