I sent you a couple of messages but not had a reply for a week or so, could you have a look and update me please re 2 tuners and xml.
Not sure if you replied as I had msg saying my emails are being bounced but my associated email address is correct!

Sorry I hadn’t replied yet. I got swamped last week and I’m on vacation this week. Are you saying that the tuners are detecting different channels when doing a channel scan? Are they hooked up to the same antenna?

Both tuners connected to same powered antenna.
Tuner 1 - 165 channels—138 enabled
Tuner 2 - 177 channels—124 enabled

I have made sure when first adding the tuners, I use all the relevant settings on 2nd tuner too

Hi, looks like I’m trying to set up exactly the same thing as you! Is this update a general one which I can access too so I can get both tuners working as well?

That’s super-odd. Can you do me a favor and do a channel scan on both of them and send me the Plex Tuner Service log? I’m curious why it would find different channels unless you just got a blip in signal strength from some of them that caused it to miss some.

I have a Technisat Combo HD CI tuner on Windows (single device, 2 tuners), with BDA driver and I have the same issue. This tuner has a DVB-T and a DVB-C tuner, but Plex only Pick Up the DVB-T one, which is bad, since I want to use dvb-c.
