Plex refuses to recognize custom scanner and agent; I'm unable to select them. (Absolute Series Scanner and HAMA)

After Googling and checking every link and forum, I have yet to come up with a solution.

I’m attempting to install Absolute Series Scanner and HAMA. After quadruple checking all of the directories, I don’t understand why Plex won’t recognize them when I try to find them in the drop-down menus when adding a custom library.

Here are where they are located, following the [Github] instructions (with photos):

ASS - Plex Media Server/Scanners/Series/Absolute Series Scanner.py

HAMA - Plex Media Server/Plug-Ins/Hama.bundle

I’ve also put in the proper support files, again from the Github:

HAMA Support Files - PlexMediaServer/Plug-In Support/Data/com.plexapp.agents.hama/DataItems

Despite this, nothing is showing up when I try to choose them when adding a custom library in the Plex Web App. The closest I have is HamaMovies for the agent, but I need HamaTV. I’ve restarted the server multiple times, but it doesn’t help.

I thought this would be simple, but there must be something that I’m missing, something very obvious. I would be very, very appreciative if someone could explain what I’m doing wrong.

Have you at least closed out your web browser and reloaded it to make sure it hasn’t cached any data for your server?

I have, multiple times, and the web app still doesn’t show them, unfortunately.
