Plex Remote Access Communications

I have had Plex Remote Access enabled and port forwarding on my router. I enabled logging and wow, I get connections from the Internet in to my Plex server 4 times an hour, all from different IP addresses.

I looked one up and it was from Germany (Deustch Telecom).

No content is streaming as I checked the media server. I’m wondering what IPs and traffic originate from the Plex Servers to broker outside connections so that I know if these connections are legit or if someone is trying to exploit my system.
