Plex server crashing on Windows 10

Server spontaneously crashes after a ~10 minutes of running regardless of playing activity. Windows 10 Pro Education 64 bit, vers 20H2, build 19042.685

Uninstall Plex media server… then install version 1.20.1.3252… start Plex media server… then you can uninstall and install the newest version and crashs will stop… did it and worked for me…
