Plex server stops when Plex Player apps try to connect

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: android and fire TV

  • The server starts on startup every time.
  • On any device (android phone, Fire), Plex Player opens, looks like it is loading, and then just keeps looking that way. It doesn’t finish loading.
  • I go back to the server and find it has closed.
  • Every time, no matter which device.

I’d like to fix this, please.
