As a user of Garmin watch(es), I would like to be able to play synced playlists to the device from Plex. Currently Garmin watches support Deezer, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes, and “manual”. The file structure to do podcasts, audiobooks and music syncing matches well with the plex “download” feature.
Right now, I can download to my windows player, and use a file sync to mirror the sync download location to my Garmin watch. A bit clunky, but effective.
Feature 1 (basic, small scope): support download to Garmin watch
Feature 2 (larger scope): support streaming and syncing. the watches all have wifi capability.
