I noticed this as well as soon as I upgraded to this version. A restart of the Plex media server seemed to correct it and I have not seen it since.

We can mark this as fixed…
The NTP service on my host got disabled and was off by 5 minutes…
now no issues…
wish I could get my 16 hours, and 139 hair folicols back…
