Plex transcoding profile

Plex transcoding profile are defined per device in your server as XML files.
AFAIK client just listed whatever the server said is available.

The files are located in [your plex installation dir]/Resources/Profiles/

You might want to modify Samsung TV.xml and tune the Transcoding targets section.
