As the title suggests, been having a lot of issues whenever PMS starts indexing, importing or doing anything that is CPU intensive. PMS is running in Docker CE on RHEL 9.3. With Nvidia Docker and is using a GPU for transcoding the server is an Icelake Xeon Scalable Server running a pair of 6330s and 512G of ram, the docker VM has 24 vCPUs allocated and 32G of ram, and I can see the usage on the vm spike high. Storage is a Micron 9300 Pro array. I am clearly not limited by my hardware what am I missing here or is this a known bug?
