Plex Web Client doesn't remove libraries when removed from PMS if they are pinned

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Was making changes to my PMS server (deleted a library)
But it wouldn’t go away, but did show an warning (triangle)
In my attempt to remove it, recreated it, and repeat,
Stopped the browser, cleared history, cleaned cache
I was able to crash PMS (my bad)

Then I noticed that the library was pined, un-pined and that fixed it all.
