For me, friends and family with a private access by password, so I want to publish file link with XML.
No one ?
Not me....I might be able to figure out the python part, but no idea about the web/js part
/T
It's very simple, like casting or kbps but it doesn't work. It will do few days I'm on it, I don't know what can I do...
Hi there,
is there a way to get all the languages from the movies?
I just see the audio codec but not the language.
And if i am not wrong plex2csv doesn’t extract the language as well.
Thanks!

If you generate a sample for me, I'll look into it for Plex2CSV
Haven't got any multi language movies, since I strip out unwanted languages

i don't want to hijack the thread - send everything via PM.
and everything else with Plex2CSV is better in the right thread, right ;)
Hello,
the creation of the site with “Plex-export V1” parfaitemement works.
Here is my website:
http://linkds1813.hd.free.fr/plexexport/#8
My concern comes from the introduction of the 'Plex-export V2 ".
When I run: php-cli.php -plex url = http: // XXXX: 32400
I have this error:
DS1813> php-cli.php -plex url = http: // XXXX: 32400
11:23:44 p.m. Welcome to Plex Export v2.0.1
11:23:44 p.m. Task 1 of 2: Scanning Plex Media Server Library
11:23:44 p.m. Gathering information item (this May take a while)
11:23:44 p.m. Error: Could not connect to API Plex: http: // XXXX: 32400 /
My website is hosted on my Synology NAS (192.168.0.20) and the PLEX Server is on a mac mini (192.168.0.50).
Have you any idea?
AFAIK, but could be wrong here, the author of V2 never finished it, thus why the V1 version is the master on GitHub
/T
True, but if you like had set, that PMS only allowed authenticated connections, and didn't make an exception for the ip of the box you are running it from, then it'll fail....
Master branch on the other hand can use tokens to authenticate

Thanks for informations :)
Just posting my modifications.
- I can't stand it when someone writes a script/web site that is skinny. Uh...the 80's called, they want their 4:3 back.
- The double-"ex" in Plex Export was driving me nuts. PLexport - voila!
- Modified the number of items per row to fill the width. Why is this hardcoded? Fill and wrap, man.
- The improper use of case...your English teachers would be appalled.
- Moved things around so that everything is readable.
- Changed highlight colors. Light grey on grey sucks, by the way. Light grey on dark grey? MUCH BETTER!
- Gave the search input field a label...no more guessing...
@MikeFalcor: so where is the link?

I don't show my media lists to anyone I don't know on a personal level. If you're looking for a DL link, I can provide that, but no one sees my entire library outside my circle of trust. :P
Actually...all you need is the css file. I can attach that... To correct the capitalization issues, edit the html file.
Edit - And there you go!
It was not for your library indeed, just your modif of "Plexport".
Thanks for the CSS link.
I don't understand the purpose of Plex Export... What does it do exactly? Save your entire library locally for offline access?

Nope...It graps the metadata from it, and allow you to serve that for your friends on a web server, so they can see what you have....
Like a fancy menu card :D
Purpose is just to show (off) your Plex libraries. No access to the server needed, just place to host and publish your list. Some places (like workplace for instance) do not allow full connection to your plex server, yet you would be able to show your list to your friends.
But it is just a fancy list, nothing more.
I’m curious if this plugin is still being supported. I ran the export successfully (took about 3hrs), but when I load up the index.html, it just says “loading” indefinitely. Tried three different browsers, all had the same result. Here’s a zipped copy of the output (92MB)
