Plex web transcoding even when set to original quality

Hi, I’m having a weird problem with plex, when I use plex web its starts transcoding a video that it shouldn’t transcode, its 720p h264 audio aac with 2 channels, it’s a mkv file and it has subtitles. The biggest issue is that even though the players says its playing in original, the server is telling me its transcoding, and it is transcoding. There is no issue in IOS app and macOS player in both is direct playing. this is a screenshot in plex web player

you can see that the fact that is transcoding is a big issue because it looks horrible when the video is low bitrate, this is because HW aceleration is enable

don’t know why is transcoding:

Probably because of the subtitles.

I did try disabling subtitles, it still transcoded, could it be because they are embedded in the mkv? I ended up converting them into mp4 and no problems now
